Alpin Roof was born in the heart of Fiè allo Sciliar, at the foot of the Dolomites, as a meeting point for people, ideas, and shared moments. From the very beginning, it was more than just a venue – it was a place where locals and visitors alike could feel at home.

Over the years, Alpin Roof became a reference point for quality, atmosphere, and authenticity. After a successful journey, we chose to pause and evolve.

The recent renovation was not simply a redesign, but a new beginning. A modern vision, a reimagined space, and a renewed identity.
